Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Mead Valley Sunrooms & Patios, meadvalleysunroomspatios.com, projects@meadvalleysunroomspatios.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Mead Valley Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, scheduling or service request you make through it. By using the site or asking us for an estimate, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you reach out.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (951) 418-3035 to ask questions.

What we do

Mead Valley Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Mead Valley, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homeowners in Mead Valley and the cities around it. You can read more about us on our about page or start from our home page.

The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about the kind of work we do. They aren't a promise that a particular design, material or layout will work on your house, because that depends on what we find when we come out and look.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free and come with no obligation. We base each one on what we see at your house and what you tell us you want, so the price can change if the job turns out to be different once it's open, if you change the plan, or if material costs move before the work is booked.

An estimate isn't a contract. The price, scope and payment schedule for your job are set only in a written contract we both sign, and if anything on this site differs from that contract, the contract wins.

Any change to the work after you sign, whether you ask for it or we find a condition that needs it, gets written up and agreed before we do it, so neither of us is surprised by the bill.

Scheduling, delays and cancellation

We give you a start date and an expected timeline once your contract is signed. Weather, material deliveries, inspections and conditions we can't see until the job is open can push those dates, and we'll tell you as soon as we know about a delay and what it means for your schedule.

If you need to move or cancel a scheduled visit or start date, call us or use our contact page as early as you can. Your written contract sets out how cancellation works for your job, including any cancellation rights the law gives you and any costs for materials already ordered or work already done.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are listed in your written contract. We don't ask for payment through this website.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current, and we'll tell you before we do. Any late fees or collection costs apply only if your contract says so.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any warranty or guarantee on your job is the one written in your contract, along with any warranty the product makers provide on their own materials. Nothing on this website adds to or extends those terms.

This website and its content are provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't promise that every page is complete, error free or always available, and we aren't responsible for websites we link to that we don't run.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Mead Valley Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. That includes lost data, lost time and decisions you make before we've seen your house.

For work we perform, our responsibilities and any limits on them are set in your written contract. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling a disagreement

If something goes wrong, call us first at (951) 418-3035 or write to us through our contact page. Most problems get sorted out faster with a conversation and a visit than with paperwork, and we'll give you a straight answer about what we can do.

If we can't work it out together, either of us may take the matter to the courts in Riverside County, California, unless your written contract sets a different process.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute about this website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

A change to these terms doesn't alter a contract you've already signed with us. That contract keeps its own terms until we both agree in writing to change it.
